Windows 7 has many new features that windows vista did not contain. It has a new style with a thicker bar and with many themes pre-installed. You can choose to have a background that changes every minute or so. You can customize the colour of the bar and the window edges. It is a light weight version of windows, it is a huge improvement from vista. The speed of the boot-up and the speed of programs is greatly improved. Your favorite programs like adobe Photoshop and your web browsers boot-up faster. The security is much improved and is updated frequently. There is no need to get a program like avast or McAfee when you have the security that windows offers. It just saves some room for spare ram and processing.
